LENGTH OF STAY:
The stay must include at least one night, with accommodation on the night from December 31, 2024, to January 1, 2025. The room price includes breakfast, VAT, wireless Internet access, parking, and late check-out (until 4 PM), as well as the attractions listed in the above program. The room price does not include the local tax (2 PLN per person per night), which will be added to the final bill.

The hotel reserves the right to offer a free upgrade from a lower-category room or property to a higher-category room or property.

PAYMENT TERMS AT THE HOTEL:
To guarantee the reservation, the hotel requires prepayments according to the following schedule:

1st prepayment: 50% of the booking value, paid by bank transfer or credit card on the day of booking.
2nd prepayment: 50% of the booking value, paid by bank transfer or credit card up to 14 days before arrival.

If the prepayment is not received within the above-mentioned timeframe, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
To guarantee the booking, credit card details are required.

Credit card details will be used to secure the payment schedule outlined above.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before the planned arrival date. For cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before the planned arrival date, the hotel will charge the client a fee of 50% of the reservation value. For cancellations made less than 6 days before the planned arrival date, the hotel will charge the client a fee of 100% of the reservation value.
