The length of stay is at least 2 nights. The stay must include overnight stay from December 24 to December 26, 2023. The room price includes breakfast, VAT, wireless Internet access and parking, late check-out (until 4 p.m.) and attractions listed in the above stay program. The room price does not include the local tax (PLN 2 per person per night), which will be added to the final invoice.

The hotel reserves the right to free upgrade from a room of a lower category to a room of a higher category.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT THE HOTEL:

To guarantee your reservation, the Hotel requires prepayments according to the following schedule:

1 prepayment: 50% of the reservation value, paid by transfer or credit card on the day of making the reservation

2 prepayment: 50% of the reservation value, paid by transfer or credit card up to 14 days before arrival.

If the prepayment is not received within the above-mentioned deadline, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Credit card details are required to guarantee your reservation.

Your credit card information will be used to secure the above payment schedule

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

It is possible to cancel free of charge up to 14 days before the planned date of arrival. In case of cancellation between 14 and 7 days before the planned date of arrival, the hotel will charge the customer a fee of 50% of the reservation value. In case of cancellation less than 6 days before the scheduled arrival date, the hotel will charge the customer 100% of the reservation value.
