LENGTH OF STAY
The minimum stay is 2 nights. The stay must include a night between December 24th and 26th, 2024. The room price includes breakfast, VAT, wireless internet access, parking, and attractions listed in the above program. The room price does not include the local fee (2 PLN per person per night), which will be added to the final bill.

The hotel reserves the right to offer a complimentary upgrade from a lower-category room to a higher-category room.

PAYMENT TERMS AT THE HOTEL:

To guarantee the reservation, the hotel requires prepayments according to the following schedule:

1st prepayment: 50% of the reservation value, paid by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking.

2nd prepayment: 50% of the reservation value, paid by bank transfer or credit card up to 14 days before arrival.

If the prepayment is not received by the specified date, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

To guarantee the reservation, credit card details must be provided. These credit card details will be used to secure the payment schedule outlined above.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days before the planned arrival date. If the cancellation is made between 14 and 7 days before the planned arrival date, the hotel will charge 50% of the reservation value. In the case of cancellation less than 6 days before the planned arrival date, the hotel will charge 100% of the reservation value.
