Wine tastings: Bordeaux and hotel owner favourite – St. Emilion wines in our cool and moist cellar. Wine, cheese and candles. Simple oak table and two old chairs has to suffice. Good wine doesn’t need anything else than Pecorino and a great company. You can spend the night there too. We will count the empty bottles at the sunrise.
